Why our meeting rooms?  

Our premium meeting rooms include A/V Equipment, wireless presenting, Polycom speakerphones, and video conferencing. Plus, our hospitality-trained staff will ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

Can I bring my catering?  

Yes, you can bring your own catering, but a setup and clean-up fee may apply.

What about evenings and weekends?  

Our meeting rooms are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Contact our team with details of your meeting.

Can you setup the room for my meeting with office supplies or snacks?   

Yes! We have a menu of additional services for you to choose from for your meeting room office supplies, beverages and snacks to afternoon treats.

Do you have break out space?   

Certainly. Should you wish to have breakout sessions during your meetings, we can either book additional rooms dedicated to your meeting, utilizing our phone rooms for private focus time or our open area coworking space.

What if my meeting is after hours?   

We can accommodate meeting after hours on a case by case basis based on the team's availability and time. Give us a call to enquire further to see if we are able to assist your unique needs.
