The Orchard Team
The Center Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service to members and building management by creating a cohesive and prosperous office and coworking environment. The Community Manager’s primary responsibility is to serve as the face of the center and provide excellent service to every individual they come into contact with. They are the first and last Impression of anyone entering/leaving the facility. They are the go-to person, on-site Concierge and community liaison to all.

My name is Angelica Purcell, Sales Manager for Orchard Workspace by JLL in Downtown Brooklyn. I’ve been with JLL for a little over 2 years but come with 6+ years’ Sales experience in the Flex Space Industry. I consider myself a very ambitious and outgoing individual who seeks extensive adventure in everything!
What I love about Flex is that we have a solution for everyone, no matter how big or small your company may be. I also love the sense of community that it creates amongst its members and how it can drive anyone’s professional life around the precepts of meaningful relationships, personal growth, and the greater good.

My name is Hillary Bernal, Community Manager for Orchard Workspace by JLL in Downtown Brooklyn. During my one-year journey with Flex by JLL, I have not only gained profound insights into the Flex space industry, but transformative personal growth as well! Witnessing the simultaneous evolution of both the industry and myself has been a rewarding experience that fuels my passion for continuous growth and development. What I love about Flex is the influx of diverse individuals I have the privilege to connect and engage with on a daily basis, whether it be through community events or through meaningful small-scale interactions!

My name is May Wojt, Office Coordinator at Orchard Workspace by JLL in Downtown Brooklyn. I have been with the company for eight months, and I am passionate about fostering a nurturing and joyful work environment for myself and my colleagues. Flex has been a unique opportunity for me to witness and work with people across many fields – law, entertainment, health, and business – and I love how it brings people together who wouldn’t ordinarily cross paths!
Jon Curtiss
Hello! My name is Jon Curtiss, and I am the Center Manager of Orchard Workspace by JLL, Seattle. August of 2023 will complete my first year with JLL, and I have over 7 years of flex space and coworking sales and management experience. Originally from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I have found a home here in Seattle where I’m able to enjoy the conveniences of a bustling and dynamic city, with unrivaled proximity to the stunning PNW outdoor environments where I recreate in my free time. Flex space is the answer to the hybrid workspace solution businesses are seeking today, and I’m thrilled to be able to support our members while fostering a community of diverse and driven professionals.
Megan Fisher
I’m Megan Fisher, and I am thrilled to be a part of the JLL Flex team here in Seattle. I made the move just a week ago from Los Angeles and while I’ll miss the beaches, I’m excited to explore the nature and outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer. In my free time, you can find me hiking, thrifting, or out with friends. I’m also a big foodie, so if you have any favorite recipes, send them my way!

Kelly Taikina
My name is Kelly Taikina and I am a Community Manager with Flex by JLL. I have been with JLL since February of 2021 and have over 10 years of hospitality experience. I have a passion for Bravo TV and love talking about the Real Housewives with our members! What I love about Flex is feeling like you are a part of each companies’ team and can be a part of their growth.
